10 Things Not to do at a NACBA Conference

pig kissingThey always tell you what you should do to have a great experience so here is what NOT to do to have an even better time. Just follow these 10 easy “do not’s” and have a great time! The sad part is I have actually done most of these!

Do not stick your hand down in the punch bowl to pull out the ladle you dropped and then wipe your hand off on the table cloth

Do not sit on the front row of a class, right after lunch. Someone will notice you falling asleep every time

Do not wear a Greg Norman logo golf shirt on logo shirt day; that is not what they meant

Do not leave when they draw names if you have to be present to win a drawing

Do not pay more than $50 for a chicken breast dinner; it’s just not worth it

Do not rent a carrying case and drag your golf clubs through the airport and on the shuttle and up to your room; if you are just an average golfer

Do not really frame your certificates and hang them on your office wall; Simeon was just joking

Do not correct Phill Martin when he pronounces your name wrong at the Certification Award Presentation; just laugh and smile at him

Do not try and get freebies from the vendors by yourself; take your spouse and split up you get more that way

Do not miss the NACBA National Conference for any reason
